Shipping and payment

Delivery countries

We ship with DHL, UPS or FedEx to many countries. Which carrier we use depends on the country of delivery.

Whether we deliver to your country, we tell you before you buy: for an order by email, in our reply to your request. Some countries require foreign sellers to register for tax or product approval. We may not deliver to such countries.

We do not deliver to countries and territories for which sanctions or embargoes of the European Union prohibit or restrict a delivery.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the carrier. For an order by email, we tell you the shipping costs before you buy, in our offer, together with the total price. For a purchase through an online marketplace, they are shown on the marketplace's offer page.

Delivery time

We ship the goods as soon as your payment has reached us. The delivery time depends on the country and the carrier; we tell you in our offer.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and fees may arise, for example for customs clearance by the carrier. You pay these costs. Usually the carrier collects them on delivery.

Payment

For an order by email, you can pay like this:

• Bank transfer (payment in advance): the bank details are in our offer. Please transfer the total amount within 7 days after the purchase.
• PayPal: you pay through your PayPal account to the PayPal address in our offer.

We ship the goods after receipt of payment. For a purchase through an online marketplace, you pay with the marketplace's ways to pay.

Returns

If you withdraw from your purchase, we pay the cost of the return. Everything else is in the withdrawal notice.
