Common questions

The app does not find the mouse

1. Check that the cable is plugged in.
2. Try another USB port. Plug the mouse in directly, not through a USB hub.
3. Close the app (Exit) and start it again.

A button does nothing in one program

Open Manage bindings and choose By application: is the program in the list? The name in step 1 must be part of the real program name, for example notepad.exe. Bindings for one program need the app to run.

A button acts a little late

The button probably has a Double Hit or a Triple Hit. Then the mouse waits a moment after each press, to see if a second press comes. Remove the double or triple hit, or make the Multi Hit Time shorter in Mouse settings.

An action does not work in the Task Manager

Windows protects some windows from other programs. There, some actions the app does on your PC do nothing: media actions, bindings with two or three actions, and macros with a media key.

For these windows, use actions that run inside the mouse: keys, mouse buttons and macros without a media key. They work everywhere.

A macro types other letters

The mouse types the keys for the keyboard layout of the program in front. Use the same layout as when you recorded the macro. You see it at the bottom right of the Windows taskbar, for example DEU or ENG. On a Mac, you see it in the menu bar.

Does the mouse work without the app?

Yes. Moving, clicking and the wheel work as on a normal mouse. Your settings and your buttons for all programs are kept in the mouse. Buttons for single programs need the app.

How do I get updates?

In the app: Options → Preferences → Update. There you update the app and the firmware of the mouse.
